April 29, 2022 – Epic Specialty Staffing had their 2022 Annual Sales Award event at Tampa Bay Downs, Inc. Congratulations to all our award winners!
Go Red Campaign
February 2022 – Our team proudly wore red to show our solidarity in the fight against cardiovascular disease (CVD). Go Red for Women is a global initiative from the American Heart Association that promotes education, awareness, and treatment for the millions of women living with and at risk of CVD.
Metropolitan Ministries Holiday Toy Drive
December 2021 – Our team has been gathering toys and other items to help the families who need it most this holiday season. We are looking forward to the next drive and are sending our warmest holiday wishes to our neighbors, friends, and community members who need a helping hand this year.
Metropolitan Ministries Food Drive
November 2021 – We are proud to support the Metropolitan Ministries and their efforts in helping the homeless and those at-risk of becoming homeless by hosting our seasonal food drive directly donated to their mission. Each year our team is so proud and joyful to give, and you can too!
#PINKTOBER Campaign
October 2021 – Every October, Epic Specialty Staffing is excited to promote awareness and to help advance research in the battle against breast cancer every #PINKTOBER! Join us for the month as we share updates, news, and stories of innovation in cancer treatment that are shaping our healthcare landscape.
Team Building Day at Stumpy’s
September 2021 – This month our Epic Specialty Staffing employees had an awesome team-building experience at Stumpy’s Hatchet House! What a great place to throw some axes, have some laughs, and strengthen the bonds that hold our incredible team together. We love our Epic Specialty Staffing team!
Christmas in July Toy Drive
July 2021 – Epic Specialty Staffing is a proud partner of the FBI Tampa Citizens Academy Alumni Association who dropped off 2,820 toys to four local hospitals for their “Christmas in July” toy drive, benefiting hospitalized abused kids in the NICU & PICU! Our President, Mr. John Astrab, is a board member and was present during the drop-offs on Wednesday, July 21. A special thank-you to Katie McCarey, the event chair, FBITCAAA volunteers and Board Members Jacques Hakim, Jeff Iseler, and all of the partners who assisted collecting toys: Florida State Attorney’s Office, New York Yankees, Kahwa Coffee, Jacques Hakim, and Fraternal Order of Police. There is no better feeling than helping our most vulnerable children in Tampa Bay and we hope to continue this tradition for years to come.
National Pediatric Cancer Foundation
May 2021 – Blake Miller, son of Epic Specialty Staffing’s Chief Security Officer Ryan Miller, was only 10 years old when he decided to launch his very own Cancer Drive – benefitting the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation. He raised thousands of dollars that advanced the research for the cure for children’s cancer. Go, Blake!

February 2021 – Did you know that February is American Heart Month? Since its establishment, the American Heart Association has funded 13 Nobel Prize Winners and has donated more than $3.5 billion in funds benefiting cardiovascular disease research.

The Epic Specialty Staffing team successfully reached its sales goal for the month and held a company event at the Salt Shack to thank their dedicated team members.
